Prime steaks and seafood that meet the exacting standards of our Executive Chef. Steaks hand carved in-house and wet aged for a minimum of 40 days. Seafood delivered fresh daily, often straight off boats whose captains we know by name. The same exceptional cuts you enjoy at Eddie V’s fresh for you to buy online and pick up at the restaurant.
